Nothing new really - we knew before that he had the moves of Marco Van Basten,,,,
Ibra crowned ‘New Van Basten’
Wednesday 7 September, 2005
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Juventus boss Fabio Capello believes that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is well on the way to becoming as good as Marco Van Basten.
The Swedish striker has been compared to the great Milan and Dutch player on many occasions, a likening which Capello obviously agrees with.
"I’m always showing footage of Marco to Zlatan in an effort to get him to shoot more on goal," revealed the tactician.
"Watching great players in action always helps others to learn and improve their very own technique.
"Van Basten scored loads of goals, many because he simply shot whenever he saw the goal – no matter where he was on the pitch.
"Our forward has certain movements which do remind me of Van Basten."
Capello, who worked with the Euro ‘88 winner during his time as Milan boss, specifically asked for Ibrahimovic’s capture last summer.
The powerful former Ajax attacker instantly settled into his new surroundings and was a major player in the club’s Scudetto triumph.
"You already saw the results last season but now Ibrahimovic scores more goals," added the tactician.
"He also nets from distance too. I am absolutely convinced that he will turn into a great goalscorer."

I assume you have never seen MVB ? assumptions . . . no comment anymore , you have taken it too far my dear Assumptions ? Ok, which games or where did you see MVB play ? Frankly, I don't think you have seen MVB play since he was active during mid-80s to very early 90s - how old were you then....not much. So, based on this, I think my point is justified.

*hangs out the flag * I'm happy to read it again, but I know he's been combined with Van Basten before!! Holland ruuuules ;D proud on my land ;Dand he was happy about that of course! I know Van Basten is his big example and he was glad to get trainings from him becuz VB was his idol since he was a kid... I'm sure MVB is also proud on Zlatan! and if he's not now, he'll be in the future ;D ;D

I am not stupid , I wanted to admit . I know that he is not playing anymore . and can you imagine that sometimes in football talks they show actions of famous football players from the past ? no , you can´t i guess . so I must have dreamed everything I´ve seen but that´s okay becuz I am just a d**n poet , likes football but has no idea of it really . ..

I think its amazing that Zlatan played for Ajax where MVB is the vice-president....right?...I can only imagine how MVB felt when he saw Zlatan play. There must have been some internal feeling to almost see yourself play by watching how Zlatan resembeled himself..... And on top of it all, Zlatan is now coached by the same coach who coached MVB back in Milan.....

Who says that you're stupid ? - My point is that I don't think you have ever seen him play in a game. Watching some video clip or hearing others talk about how MVB played is not what I meant. .

you should be happy to hear that MVB just broke a new record of being the only coach who has won (better word; not lost) a certain number of games with his dutch national team. (btw, the first match with the dutch team under VB's regime was against Sweden
